1945 - John is the first success of the US Army's Chemical Enhancement Program (C.E.P.).

1965 - After numerous failures to replicate the serum, the Agency begins successful trials of pulling enhanced DNA from Patient Zero and establishes the Genetic Enhancement Program (G.E.P). Recruitment of the first of these new soldiers, pulled directly out of basic training, is based on psychological, physical, and endurance testing. The G.E.P. incorporates numerous trials and errors, but ultimately yields 15 successful subjects. These soldiers (The 15) are considered the 2nd Generation of the original C.E.P.

1970 -The last of the 15 enhanced soldiers are recruited into full-time status to The Agency. 

1975 – The first of the 15 begin to have children when Darren ‘Dallas’ Clairmont’s wife gives birth to Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Clairmont.

1975-1985 – The 15, during their service for the US government, continue having children, resulting 11 children, including Elizabeth Clairmont (3rd Generation).

1985 -The Agency begins aptitude tests on Liz.  Discussions of training the ‘next’ generation begin at the higher levels of The Agency.

1988 - John and The 15 realize that training of their children is inevitable. They begin to plan.

1990 - After extensive planning, John and The 15 disappear with the children.  The Agency re-prioritize all activities to recovery of these ‘assets.’

Aug. 2, 1990 – Recovery of John and the 15 is put on hold as The First Gulf War is declared. 

Dec, 1990 – Col. Burke’s raids with relatively inexperienced soldiers prove to be successful during the war.

Feb 28, 1991 – The First Gulf War ends. 

June, 1991 – Based on his war-time raids, Col. Burke is drafted into service with the Agency.

1996 – Agent Burke, rising quickly in the Agency due to his ‘outside the box’ planning, is placed in charge of The Agency and given the freedom to recruit new agents from all branches of the military.

1997 – Alec Pearce becomes the first of Burke’s acquisitions when he is recruited from basic to The Agency.

1998 – Gillian Erickson is recruited from basic to the Agency.

1999 – Agent Conrad recruited.

2000 – Kathryn Carlisle is taken into the custody by the Agency.

2000 – John allows himself to be abducted by the Agency in an attempt to get information on Kathryn’s whereabouts and learn more about the Agency. With Aggie’s help, he escapes.

2000 – On orders from John, Eric and Joanne begin a cross-country excursion to draw the Agency’s attention elsewhere. Using this diversionary tactic, John begins to round up the rest of the 3rd Generation.

2000 – Agent Alec Pearce is put on inactive duty.

2000 – Agent Gillian Erickson is killed by Liz Clairmont during a reconnaissance mission.

2000 – John and the 3rd Generation settle in a suburb of Washington, DC.

September 11, 2001 – A series of coordinated terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda severely damage the Pentagon and destroy the World Trade Center. The Agency’s resources are partially diverted to terrorist prevention.

2002 – Eric and Joanne are last heard from in Austin, TX after a confrontation with the Agency. Their current whereabouts are unknown.

2002 – Agent Burke is reassigned.

2002 – Agent Evans is promoted to Director of the Agency.

2005 – Alec Pearce is recalled to the Agency. Season 1 begins.
